What is The Athlete Success Series?

The Series consists of four programs designed for the student-athlete regardless of sport, level, or gender. Athletic skill is not the only factor in a successful athlete. Ultimately, an athlete's success depends on reducing misunderstandings about themselves, their attitudes, and their team committment.

Here are the four programs in The Athlete Success Series:

  1. Athlete Success Means Communicating Clearly
  2. Athlete Success Means Listening Effectively
  3. Athlete Success Means Projecting A Positive Attitude
  4. Athlete Success Means Becoming A Solution-Maker

Each program consists of 25 Key fundamentals to success in the specified area (Click here for a print-quality cutsheet containing all 25 Keys for each program). Each Key is embedded in a brief micro-lesson followed by Food For Thought questions; the whole learning process takes less than 5 minutes a day.
